Cook Through The Book

Participate in cooking demonstrations and interactive conversations on a wellness-focussed lifestyle to learn, taste, and prepare meals for optimal health based on Michelle’s latest cookbook, What’s on Your Plate?

High School Nutrition & Wellness

We offer a hands-on, semester- or year-long experience focused on building essential cooking skills and healthy eating habits. Students will explore nutrition fundamentals, meal planning, and kitchen safety while preparing a variety of delicious, wholesome recipes for cancer patients. This interactive program empowers students to make informed food choices and gain confidence in the kitchen for lifelong wellness. 

Corporate Events

Gather your team for a service-oriented event in our teaching kitchen, where you'll prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals for cancer patients and their families. Meals are available weekly upon request to cancer patients and their families in treatment.

Pediatric Cooking Camps

Check out our fun and interactive four-day program designed for pediatric cancer patients and their siblings ages 5-10. Young chefs will build confidence in the kitchen alongside learning essential cooking techniques, food prep skills, and kitchen safety—all while creating delicious meals. Each child will take home a cookbook, a food chopper, and an apron to continue practicing their skills at home.
