  1. Tomatoes (room temperature) - one per person serving, sliced at 1/4 to 1/2” thick
  2. Thinly sliced Pecorino Romano cut to top tomato
  3. 4-5 leaves fresh basil, chopped
  4. 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  5. A splash of balsamic vinegar
  6. A pinch pink Himalayan salt
  7. Fresh cracked pepper (optional)
  1. Slice tomatoes and cheese
  2. Arrange tomatoes on a platter for family style or plate individually for servings, then top with the fresh mozzarella
  3. Drizzle a light layer of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and cheese
  4. Add some fresh cracked pepper and Himalayan salt to taste
  1. Accompanies almost any meal.
  2. Grape tomatoes, mini mozzarella balls and basil are great on skewers served as an appetizer.
