  1. 2 cups kalamata and/or green pimento stuffed olives
  2. 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices
  4. 1 clove garlic, sliced
  1. Drain any brine or olive juice that the olives may be in
  2. Put olives in separate bowl
  3. Sprinkle spices, add the olive oil and garlic
  4. Toss until coated
  5. Put the olives back in the jar and allow them to marinate a few days for a stronger flavor
  1. Great on any appetizer platter or as a snack.
  2. Always works served alongside a raw unpasteurized cheese.
