Ingredients
  1. 6 ounces unsweetened coconut milk
  2. 1 scoop high quality, minimal ingredient protein powder (whey from grassed cow, egg white, pea or rice)
  3. 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries or 4-5 fresh strawberries (stems on)
Instructions
  1. Combine and blend all ingredients
  2. There are several variations to the shake; depending on the flavor of protein powder, you could add a frozen banana which goes well with cinnamon
  3. Be mindful of the type of fruit and how much you use to avoid spiking your blood sugar
Notes
  1. Serve with a smile for an extra good morning.
  2. Also goes well as a mid-morning or afternoon snack.
