Ingredients
  1. 6 slices sprouted grain toasted bread (check in your freezer section)
  2. 5-6 ripe room temperature tomatoes, sliced
  3. 6 oz. raw or organic cheese
  4. 3 Tablespoons pesto sauce
  5. 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
  6. Fresh cracked pepper
  7. Fresh basil, chopped
  8. Sprinkle of Pecorino Romano to garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lay bread onto a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper
  3. Mix the pesto and olive oil together and spread on the bread
  4. Top with cheese and tomato
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
  6. Garnish with cheese and basil
  7. Cut in half or serve whole
