  1. 1 onion, minced
  2. 1 Tablespoon olive or coconut oil
  3. 1 Tablespoon grass-fed butter
  4. 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 3/4 cup whole sour cream
  6. 3/4 cup plain whole yogurt
  7. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  11. Garlic powder to taste (optional)
  1. Sauté the onions in the olive oil and butter until they turn a rich golden color
  2. Add the garlic and stir until you smell the garlic aroma
  3. Shut off the burner and set aside to cool
  4. In a separate bowl combine the sour cream, yogurt and fresh parsley
  5. Add onion mixture, salt, pepper and lemon juice; stir all together
  6. Refrigerate
  7. Note: If you are serving the ranch immediately, taste it and add garlic powder as needed. You can omit garlic powder if serving the next day
  8. Flavors will permeate the dressing if left in refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight
  1. Serve with Kevin’s Hot Wings, raw vegetables or spread on sandwiches and burgers.
