Grilled Salmon

- The Salmon
1 filet of wild caught salmon
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup purple onion, chopped (optional)
Lemon wedges for garnish
- The Sauce
1/4 cup horse radish
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh dill plus some for garnish
Directions
- Light the barbecue grill or preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Thaw salmon and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Top with chopped onion (optional)
- Grill or oven roast on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes (until done to your liking)
- Remove the skin, top with fresh dill and lemon slices
- Sauce
- combine horse radish, Dijon mustard and dill in a bowl and stir
Notes
- Serve with lemon rice.
