
Grilled Salmon

Not A Fish Lover? Try It With The Sauce
The Salmon
- 1 filet of wild caught salmon
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup purple onion, chopped (optional)
- Lemon wedges for garnish
The Sauce
- 1/4 cup horse radish
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh dill plus some for garnish
Instructions
- Light the barbecue grill or preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Thaw salmon and rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Top with chopped onion (optional)
- Grill or oven roast on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for approximately 15 minutes (until done to your liking)
- Remove the skin, top with fresh dill and lemon slices
- Sauce: combine horse radish, Dijon mustard and dill in a bowl and stir
Notes
- Serve with lemon rice.
