  1. 3-4 pounds bone in chicken (breasts,thighs, legs)
  2. 1/2 cup olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  4. 1 clove garlic, sliced
  5. 2 teaspoons dried Italian spices
  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil and parsley
  7. Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine ingredients in a measuring cup and pour into a zipper bag
  2. Place chicken in bag and marinate up to 48 hours
  3. Grill until juice runs clear
  1. Goes great with Caesar salad and vegetable medley.
  2. You can substitute a white fish (Halibut) instead of chicken as well.
