2-3 Tablespoons grass fed butter
1/2 shallot, minced
1-2 cloves garlic
1 bag frozen green peas
2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Pink Himalayan salt
pepper to taste
Directions
- Sautée the shallots in butter, add in the garlic and stir
- Add in the peas
- Stir until warmed
- Add fresh mint leaves
- Add salt and pepper to taste
