Ingredients

  • 1 package (or enough for your family) organic lettuce (baby greens, baby kale, arugula, romaine, iceberg or butter lettuce)

  • 2 -3 room temperature tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 cucumber, quartered

  • 1/4 spanish onion in large slices (so non-onion eaters can pull them out)

  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares

  • Grated carrot/cabbage (optional)

  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar

  • Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Wash ingredients, cut up and put in a bowl
  • Combine oil and vinegar and add salt and pepper
  • Add dressing to salad and toss

Notes

  • I free pour my dressing and you will too after you have made enough salads. You get a feel for it
