  1. 1 package (or enough for your family) organic lettuce (baby greens, baby kale, arugula, romaine, iceberg or butter lettuce)
  2. 2-3 room temperature tomatoes, quartered
  3. 1 cucumber, quartered
  4. 1/4 spanish onion in large slices (so non-onion eaters can pull them out)
  5. 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  6. Grated carrot/cabbage (optional)
  7. 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  8. 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar
  9. Pink Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
  1. Wash ingredients, cut up and put in a bowl
  2. Combine oil and vinegar and add salt and pepper
  3. Add dressing to salad and toss (I free pour mine and you will too after you have made enough salads. You get a feel for it)
