  1. 3-4 steaks (Ribeye's rock)
  2. 1/8 cup Himalayan salt
  3. 1/8 cup flax seeds
  4. 1/8 cup sesame
  5. 1/8 cup hemp seeds (optional)
  6. 1/8 cup paprika
  7. 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  8. 1/8 cup sugar (rapidura or coconut sugar)
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  10. 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together
  3. Rub the steaks with the mix
  4. Put into a glass container, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours up to 5 days (optional)
  5. In a skillet on medium heat pan fry to a crust on the outside of the steak
  6. Finish them to desired temperature in the oven
  1. Great served with Caesar Salad and Vegetable Medley .
For Great Toppers
  1. Drizzle asparagus and red pepper in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.
  2. Drizzle mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.

    Out of all the days we spent on food photography, the day we shot this steak was probably my most favorite day. This was my lunch that day. I can tell you from experience that this steak is outstanding! Make it tonight and you’ll be a happy camper!
