Ingredients

  • 3-4 steaks (Ribeye’s rock)

  • 1/8 cup Himalayan salt

  • 1/8 cup flax seeds

  • 1/8 cup sesame

  • 1/8 cup hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1/8 cup paprika

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

  • 1/8 cup sugar (rapidura or coconut sugar)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix the dry ingredients together
  • Rub the steaks with the mix
  • Put into a glass container, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours up to 5 days (optional)
  • In a skillet on medium heat pan fry to a crust on the outside of the steak
  • Finish them to the desired temperature in the oven

Notes

  • Great served with Caesar Salad and Vegetable Medley .
  • Drizzle asparagus and red pepper in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.
  • Drizzle mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.
