3-4 steaks (Ribeye’s rock)
1/8 cup Himalayan salt
1/8 cup flax seeds
1/8 cup sesame
1/8 cup hemp seeds (optional)
1/8 cup paprika
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/8 cup sugar (rapidura or coconut sugar)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian spices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Rub the steaks with the mix
- Put into a glass container, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours up to 5 days (optional)
- In a skillet on medium heat pan fry to a crust on the outside of the steak
- Finish them to the desired temperature in the oven
Notes
- Great served with Caesar Salad and Vegetable Medley .
- Drizzle asparagus and red pepper in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.
- Drizzle mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Wrap in oven safe paper and bake with the steaks.
