  1. 2-3 pounds of white fish fillets (cod, halibut)
  2. 2-3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. 1/4 cup almonds, chopped or slivered
  4. 1 cup Keyes Ingredients Grainless Breading
  5. 1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices as a substitute
  6. 2-3 Tablespoons olive or coconut oil for frying or 1 Tablespoon for baking
  1. Rinse the fish in cold water
  2. Put filets into a shallow bowl and coat with Dijon mustard
  3. Place breading and fresh parsley in separate bowl
  4. Roll each filet in the breading
  5. Lightly pan fry in oil for 2-3 minutes per side or bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  6. Serve immediately
  1. This can be served with Vegetable Medley, Sautéed Spinach and a fresh salad.
