
Almond Crusted White Fish

A Fish That Keeps You Full - Even After Half An Hour
Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds of white fish fillets (cod, halibut)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped or slivered
- 1 cup Keyes Ingredients Grainless Breading
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices as a substitute
- 2-3 Tablespoons olive or coconut oil for frying or 1 Tablespoon for baking
Instructions
- Rinse the fish in cold water
- Put filets into a shallow bowl and coat with Dijon mustard
- Place breading and fresh parsley in separate bowl
- Roll each filet in the breading
- Lightly pan fry in oil for 2-3 minutes per side or bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Serve immediately
Notes
- This can be served with Vegetable Medley, Sautéed Spinach and a fresh salad.
