Ingredients

  • 2 -3 pounds of white fish fillets (cod, halibut)

  • 2 -3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped or slivered

  • 1 cup Keyes Ingredients Grainless Breading

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried Italian spices as a substitute

  • 2 -3 Tablespoons olive or coconut oil for frying or 1 Tablespoon for baking

Directions

  • Rinse the fish in cold water
  • Put filets into a shallow bowl and coat with Dijon mustard
  • Place breading and fresh parsley in separate bowl
  • Roll each filet in the breading
  • Lightly pan fry in oil for 2-3 minutes per side or bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve immediately
