Ingredients

  • Basic Almond Bark
  • 4 cups dark chocolate (72% or more cacao)

  • 4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter

  • 2 cups whole almonds

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)

  • ¼ cup whole flax seed

  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

  • Cranberry Pumpkin Bark
  • 4 cups dark chocolate (72 % or more cacao)

  • 4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter

  • ¾ cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)

  • ¼ cup whole flax seeds

  • ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

Directions

  • Melt butter in a cast iron pan on low heat
  • Add chocolate, stir until smooth
  • Add nuts and/or seeds and stir in until well mixed
  • Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Sprinkle top with slivered almonds and/or pumpkin seeds
  • Refrigerate until solid
  • Break into pieces…make sure you grab a piece before it’s gone
  • Using a chocolate mold increases that BAM factor!
