- Basic Almond Bark
4 cups dark chocolate (72% or more cacao)
4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter
2 cups whole almonds
¼ cup sliced almonds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)
¼ cup whole flax seed
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- Cranberry Pumpkin Bark
4 cups dark chocolate (72 % or more cacao)
4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter
¾ cup dried cranberries
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)
¼ cup whole flax seeds
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Directions
- Melt butter in a cast iron pan on low heat
- Add chocolate, stir until smooth
- Add nuts and/or seeds and stir in until well mixed
- Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
- Sprinkle top with slivered almonds and/or pumpkin seeds
- Refrigerate until solid
- Break into pieces…make sure you grab a piece before it’s gone
- Using a chocolate mold increases that BAM factor!
