Basic Almond Bark
  1. 4 cups dark chocolate 72 percent or more cacao
  2. 4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter
  3. 2 cups whole almonds
  4. ¼ cup sliced almonds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)
  5. ¼ cup whole flax seed
  6. ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Cranberry Pumpkin Bark
  1. 4 cups dark chocolate 72 percent or more cacao
  2. 4 Tablespoons grass-fed butter
  3. ¾ cup dried cranberries
  4. 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (reserve some to sprinkle on top)
  5. ¼ cup whole flax seeds
  6. ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a cast iron pan on low heat
  2. Add chocolate, stir until smooth
  3. Add nuts and/or seeds and stir in until well mixed
  4. Pour onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Sprinkle top with slivered almonds and/or pumpkin seeds
  6. Refrigerate until solid
  7. Break into pieces…make sure you grab a piece before it’s gone
  8. Using a chocolate mold increases that BAM factor!
