Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 cups coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Directions

  • Combine apples, maple syrup, and all spices in a skillet to warm.
  • While ingredients are warming, combine chia seeds and coconut milk in a separate bowl.
  • Combine the ingredients from the skillet into the chia seed mixture.
  • Chill overnight.

Notes

  • Portion into 1/4 cup servings to make for easy serving
